Health Guarantee: VON HAUCK guarantees that this puppy is a purebred german shepherd, it's pedigree is correct, and is in good health and the time of arrival. An American Kennel Club registration will be provided when the puppy and shipping charges are paid in full, and the rental crate is returned. This puppy has been checked by a licensed veterinarian, and was found to be in good health, up-to-date with shots and de-worming. You, as the buyer are expected to have the puppy examined by your own veterinarian within 3 days of the time your puppy reaches it's destination. A replacement puppy only, will be made if this puppy has any congenital defects, which results in its having to be euthanized in the recommendation of a licensed veterinarian and with permission of the breeder. A written report of the dogs health problem from your veterinarian must be provided. You, the buyer, assume full responsibility for all costs and care during this time including shipping and shipping expenses.

Hip Guarantee: This puppy is guaranteed against Hip Dysplasia  for one year. If this should happen we will replace the puppy, as soon as one is available. Shipping will be the purchasers' responsibility. You are not required to return the dog, however, you must spay or neuter it, and send a certificate confirming it has been done from the veterinarian. This guarantee will become void if hip problems occur because of improper nutrition (obesity), or due to injury sustained. VON HAUCK reserve the right to a second veterinarian's opinion. We are proud of our dogs, and expect the new owners to use Von Hauck in the puppy's name if this isn't done all guarantee are void.
